Channel Islands Financial Ombudsman (CIFO) is Open for Business

Effective 16 November 2015, the office is open for business and will begin reviewing unresolved complaints between consumers about financial services provided in or from the Channel Islands of Jersey, Guernsey, Alderney and Sark.
